These terms cover your use of the Anew website and its code. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Anew is software
Anew is software that asks NEAR Intents for quotes, shows order status and manages keys in your browser. It is not an exchange, a custodian or an adviser, and it is not a broker. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice.
No custody
Anew does not hold your ZEC or your ETH at any point. Each live quote names your receiving address as the only recipient, and NEAR Intents settles the swap. Anew cannot reverse, pause or recover a transaction on Zcash, on NEAR Intents or on Robinhood Chain.
Your keys and addresses
You are responsible for the addresses you enter and the keys you hold. The private key of a fresh address exists in your browser and in the backup file you download. Anew keeps no copy and cannot restore it. If you lose the key, the funds at that address are out of reach. If you enter a wrong receiving or refund address, the funds go to that address. Check each address before you send, including the recipient that the deposit screen reports, and comply with the laws that apply to you.
Third-party services
A trip depends on services that Anew does not control: NEAR Intents and its solvers (quotes, deposit addresses, settlement and refunds), Robinhood Chain and its public RPC, Relay (a displayed fallback price only), and Privy (optional wallet sign-in). The hosting platform serves the site. Each of these services has its own terms, fees and outages, and Anew does not answer for them.

$ANEW does not exist at the time of writing. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, $ANEW or any other asset. The token plans described on the site may change, and they promise no value, no return and no future action.
No warranty
The site and its code come as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nobody has audited Anew. To the extent the law allows, the people who build and run Anew accept no liability for any loss that arises from your use of it.
No affiliation
Robinhood, the Electric Coin Company, the Zcash Foundation, NEAR and Relay do not own, run, endorse or sponsor Anew, and Anew has no affiliation with any of them. Their names appear on the site to identify the networks and services that Anew works with.
